Legal

Privacy

This notice describes how StackRail (stackrail.io) handles information when you use the marketing site, APRF assessment, and related contact paths. It is a practical summary, not a substitute for counsel.

What we collect

  • Assessment contact: if you request a report or save results, we may collect an email address and assessment answers or attestation payloads you submit.
  • Security signals: reCAPTCHA or similar bot checks may run on forms; Google may process device and interaction signals under its terms.
  • Analytics: we may use privacy-conscious analytics (for example Google Analytics) for aggregate traffic and product improvement.
  • Communications: if you email us or book a consulting call (for example via Calendly), those providers process the details you share.

How we use it

To deliver assessment results, improve APRF and the site, respond to inquiries, and (if you ask) discuss optional services. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

Assessment and contact records are kept only as long as needed for the purpose you requested, security, or legal obligations—then deleted or anonymized.

Your choices

You can use much of the site without submitting personal data. To access, correct, or delete assessment-related contact data we hold, email the address published on the RFC / stewardship pages or the contact method used when you submitted the form.

Updates

We may revise this notice as the product changes. The date of the latest meaningful update will be reflected when this page ships in production. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated notice.
